The brandnew gilding machine is made by aluminium alloy with fast speed and small size which can save the transportation cost and increase the efficiency.
Because of the simple operation, it can gild more than 100pieces per hour. The heat perservation of the gilding head is good and the heating-up of it is very fast. It takes only about 20mins.
The gilding head is fixed with heat radiation, so it's takes about 5 to 10 mins for cooling the machine before turining off. In the situation of suddenly power failure, the system of heat radiation will make sure the gilding head not be burnout.
It has fully automatic paper passing function which can avoid the waste of gilding paper and decrease the cost of it. It's the new generation of gilding industry.
